How does the appraisal service work?

What can AI NOT detect?

Let's be clear from the start. Pancho is smart, but it doesn't work miracles: It can't see the inside: engines, internal components, hidden mechanical problems. It doesn't test: it can't turn on a phone or start a car. It's not a mind reader: it doesn't know the history if it's not visible. It's not an official appraiser: our reports are for guidance, they have no legal validity. Think of AskPancho as a very useful first opinion, not the final word.

Does it replace a professional inspection?

No, and this is important. Our service is a tool to help you make better decisions. If you're going to make an important purchase, our report helps you know whether it's worth taking the next step (such as a professional in-person inspection).

I have no idea about technology, is it easy to use?

What do you do with my data and the photos?

Can I share the report with others?
